The shortlist of 2025 films in consideration as Italy’s submission for the Best International Feature Film at the 98th Academy Awards in 2026. This is the largest selection since 2020, with 24 films making the lineup.
The vote to decide which film will be Italy’s official submission will take place on September 23, 2025.
